Who is aflexio and what do we do...?

aflexio is a dynamic consulting firm specializing in supply chain planning.

We support our clients particularly in the areas of production and demand planning, integrated business planning, and network planning, as well as in the management of manufacturing and logistics processes.

With around 30 employees, we are a small but modern company. Our clients, projects, and responsibilities are continuously growing—and we want to grow along with them.

Unlike many large consulting firms, we address each other informally and have short decision-making paths.

We are spread across Germany, but we meet regularly for team events or culinary gatherings. We also celebrate achievements together at sporting events.

Our office environment is designed to be as sustainable as possible, and we even have our own beehive.

What you can expect with us...

• Solution-oriented consulting for our clients, focusing on integrated supply chain planning processes
• Implementation of production planning and detailed scheduling systems
• Process modeling and design, along with active support in change management
• (Partial) project management in client projects
• Participation in the design and development of our portfolio

What you bring...

• Solid experience in supply chain management processes and the motivation to successfully position them in the market
• Passion for production processes and consulting
• Experience in implementation and realization projects, ideally in production planning and detailed scheduling systems such as SAP PP, PP/DS, or S4/HANA Advanced Planning
• Excellent German language skills (C1 or better), as most clients and projects are German-speaking
• Residence in Germany or Spain
