About LEAV

LEAV is a German airline based in Cologne. LEAV currently operates two Airbus A320s from Cologne/Bonn Airport (CGN) on short and medium-haul routes within Europe. LEAV's customers include many other airlines, tour operators, broker and business clients. Since the start of operations in April 2022, the company has already transported more than 350,000 passengers for charter flights, ACMI and scheduled services throughout Europe.

Core Responsibilities

Sales: calculation, bidding and distribution of charter flights in alignment with the management
Contract Lifecycle Management: coordination and invoicing of charter flight
Key Account Management: Negotiation and implementation with B2B partners
Revenue Management: capacity and yield steering for scheduled services for B2B and B2C, including distribution of single-seat capacities across various distribution channels
Continuous Improvement: assessment of the commercial sales process for charter and scheduled flights, including IT systems and sales channels

Professional and Personal Requirements

Affinity for numbers – decision making based on facts and figures
Robust market knowledge in the German travel and charter sales market
Self-driven, independent and structured approach to work
High degree of flexibility and resilience
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Outstanding problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
Exceptional customer centricity combined with a confident and professional conduct
Fluent in English and German
